A site dedicated to the village of Freethorpe in Norfolk, UK I hope to post information about Freethorpe on this site. Initially I will post some pictures of landmarks in the village. In time I hope to include maps, directions, local history and local news items and particularly local events. A major credit to the village is Freethorpe Youth Football Club, both the players and the adults who put so much time and effort into making the venture a success. There are a number of different teams and for more information including match reports click here for a blog account or here for a website. Freethorpe football club, using it's new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), is now also involved in the East Norfolk Futsal League, click here for details or visit theFA.com New for 2009 - There are Pilates Classes starting in Acle and South Walsham in January 2009 click here for details.
